- Led a group restructuring to support sustainable growth, eliminate redundancy, and improve efficiency. The restructure resulted in two groups based on feature ownership.
- Coached and mentored Engineering Managers across multiple departments, with a focus on honesty, transparency, and openness to build accountability. Helped them to shape their strategy and success metrics.
Led a high-performing team of 9+. Work focused on the Package and Container Registries of GitLab’s CI/CD product.
